I need to convince an anorexic chick she's not fat - General

Okay, so I'm talking to one of my best friendgirls on Facebook and she starts going off on this thing about her being fat. She weighs 115 pounds, and in my book that is everything but fat. I have tried everything. Calling her pretty, telling her that 115 pounds in not fat at all, saying that even if she was fat she still would be the same person inside, ect. If anyone could help me convince her that would be insanely great of you. There's not a lot to be done when people act like that. Most girls have a very, very deeply ingrained idea of their self image. And it's almost always negative. Encourage her to see a dietitian or a therapist, because unless you have some serious sway over her, she won't change.
