How to record shit in Garry's Mod?

Can anyone tell me how to record an .avi file from GMod? .Dems are no use, I need to upload something to YouTube, is their some sort of addon or something?

Well you can use Fraps, but I have something which I like better. LiveStream Procaster. Sure, the clips broadcast live, but you can enable an option to save them to your PC, therefore you can upload them. The only downside is that it saves as an mp4.

Or you could use sourcerecorder, it's an effort to use, but there's a pretty decent tutorial on youtube somewhere. Also there's no fps drop when you playback.

Just use WeGame, free and does not has any watermark or limits (except that you can't record 1080p)

Source Recorder doesn't work for me, the game freezes when I try to render a demo.
