I have a pretty decent computer, and I want to be able to host TF2 games with it. I don't mean huge, 60 people games 24/7 but like mabye 5-10 people for about an hour a day. Is this possible, and what do I download? I already have TF2 dedicated server but what else? Thanks in advance
For a command line version, get hldsupdatetool and use it to get srcds/tf2.
Unless you've got a proper server it'll lag like fuck.
You need good upload bandwidth, seriously.
A 10 player dedi can't be more than $13.00 (USD) a month, I would go with that. Won't be any chance of lag, and much easier to use.
