I've realized since I was a young boy that my penis was small. As an adult, I've noticed it's even worse. I pick up women at bars, but they refuse to have sex with me after seeing my penis. The ones that do have sex with me get no pleasure. I've tried Viagra, I've tried Enzyte, but nothing works. I don't want to resort to extensions, but what else can I do?
