I recently got a stock intel mobo and I am unsatisfied and my cousin is also looking for a motherboard to go with his 2600k.
I'm specifically looking at the p67 because I won't benefit from the z68 features at all. At least not for that price.
I've narrowed it down to three but I can't make my decision from there.

I'm looking to spend around 130(i chose the 150 boards as I have 20$ newegg credit) but absolutely nothing more than 145 after tax and shipping.
Looking to pair with 2600k/8gb Kingston Hyperx 1600/Corsair A70/gtx 560ti 448

I have the Asus P8P67 Deluxe and I love it. I've always thought Asus made great motherboards. Haven't had any problems with it, but its only 4 months old.
Have you done any overclocking?
Go for a Z68 if the price difference is minimal. The ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 is a good ATX board that has tons of features for the price you're looking at.

The Asus P8P67 series motherboards are known for double post boots, even after installing the most latest bios from Asus that is supposed to fix the issue. I'm glad you don't have the issues but I wouldn't recommend them.

I was considering this board at first but I've noticed a trend in overclocking with the board and how difficult it can become after a certain point. The extreme4 seemed to be better but only the p67 was in my price range.
I think I'll just go with the z68 asrock as it is cheaper and I'll get it quicker.
