Seems like the negative ratings are due to the performance issues (if that wasn't obvious from the reviews). People thought it was going to be bad gameplay wise but I think it's safe to say that isn't the case.

The gameplay is average at best. I doubt the game will recover, even if they manage to patch the game(And who knows, maybe the problems lie to deep to fix, like Arkham Knight)

I knew this shit would happen but my friend didn't and managed to get me hyped up even thought I saw this coming from the start. It's a shame really -- this game sounded like it was gonna be at the very least one very fun exploration game but damn if I was wrong to fall to the hype.

I think the performance is just so bad that it trumps the bland gameplay. Once they fix the performance and add base building then maybe we'll have a fun little game that's worth playing other than just when you're bored. If

It's still $60 ($70 here, which is really random), you could buy multiple games with more depth in building space stations
