• Google chrome - accidentally activating mouse scroll causing text to resize?
    4 replies, posted
Hey guys. I'm pretty new to using Chrome, I'm only a couple months into switching over. occasionally something will happen, I assume I'm accidentally pressing a key or clicking a mouse button or something, and it'll toggle some mode where scrolling doesnt scroll, it instead resizes text. Also when I click on different areas of the window it will switch which tab is activated. Any ideas as to what is doing this and how I can avoid it or disable it?
CTRL key stuck/damaged?
CTRL key stuck/damaged?
No, it's a different thing than holding control. When I hold control it sizes images and stuff too. When this problem happens it's [b]only[b] the text.
I looked through all the Chrome shortcuts and the only one like that is the Zoom, but as you said the pictures don't resize, so I'm thinking it might be an OS feature or something, are you using Windows?
Yeah I'm using windows. I found out that if I hold right click and scroll it does what I described. It must be an issue with right clicking and the window thinking right click is still held down when it's really not.
