OK, this thread is for those who are in the process of developing their first sprite sheet, and are looking for help from the community. Simply just a place for C+C without having to make your own new thread. I'll start this off. They under 30px tall? Looks like it. Pretty decent, I've seen you around here before I think... You're showing improvement. At least, I think you are the same guy.. You had those blue lizard-like people with metal staffs or w.e, right?

That tank looks like it's all turret and no chassis (just turret on treads). And also shading is too gradient-y. Make more details.
Liecake, The warthod, acorn cars, etc, are pretty big... same with the structures... No offence and all but if you were to use them in a game, they would take up a lot of the map... Maybe scale it down a bit?
Dummy, one of your sprite sheets is ripped from a game and the other is a blob of pillow shaded green.

It still took a lot of work to do. :( and I redid my shading on the blobthings... It sorta looks better... I guess. Not my first sprites, but definitely not my best. These are from way earlier in the year, before I stopped playing PW: [img]http://filesmelt.com/downloader/TauSprites.PNG[/img] They are based off Tau (from Warhammer 40k) and the only ones I have so far are Fire Warriors.

I don't think the slimes are going out to well. I didn't put much into them really... Any ideas for what I should 'attempt' to make?
Spins on past armies (As in a future Wehrmacht) version of the always work. Always make a back story too, it adds a lot of depth to game play. I like to take ideas from my dreams and twist them into a playable fashion :eng101:

If you have any, keep them next to you when you sprite.
Any comments about parts in particular?
