• IE/Steam Browser not working

Well, Internet Explorer is shitting itself whenever I try to use it. It acts like I'm not even connected to the internet. Now I normally wouldn't give a shit (Firefox FTW), but sense the Steam browser runs off of it, Steam lost like half of it's features. By the way, running on Windows Vista Home Premium (86x bit)
Open IE. Click Tools > Internet Options. Go to the Connections Tab. Click Lan Settings. If Use a proxy server is checked, uncheck it.

Steam Browser uses WebKit.
