Dust has been gradually getting into my 50mm SSC lens for my Canon AE-1 and it's getting to the point it's not at all useful anymore.

It would be nice if I could dismantle it (and considering the contaminated optics in question are right at the front it will mean a complete teardown) but I don't know where to start and from the one person I know who did attempt it, it's a pain in the ass.
