I'm wondering what are the safe load temps for my CPU? I have a celeron dual core E3300 OC'd to 3.6 ghz and it's getting 60-62 celsius under prime. Is that fine? I'm also considering getting a Core 2 Quad (Q9400) or Core 2 duo (E8400), and are wondering what safe temps are for those. Thanks :P
that's fine, my Q9400 @ 3.7 loads at like 54C with a xigmatek S1283, I don't know about the E8400.

But what range is generally safe? 70s? 80s?
70s is safe. Once 80 hits, you should cool it down.
Try to stay under about 80C
