Keyboard cursor showing up on all pages in Firefox

I noticed this yesterday. Click anywhere on a page in Firefox, I see the blinking Keyboard Cursor, like I'm locked in some edit mode.
But yet typing on the keyboard, does nothing.

What I mean is, for example, browsing Facepunch. I click my mouse to the right of a thread title, and I see the blinking keyboard cursor there.
I do have Greasemonkey, but I got it disabled. It still happens.

I've seen this before with facebook chat opened in another tab.
