So, seeing as how it's winter, I've lost some of my muscle, and I'm a bit 'softer' around my tummy.
My airsoft/paintball team is starting our season in roughly 2 months, and I'm a team leader, so I need to be more fit than the rest of my team mates.
So I figured, 'where better to get advice on fitness, than facepunch!'
Better yet, join me guys! Let's take 2 months, to become sexy beats.
This is what I'm working with now--->
And this would be pleanty nice to have --->
Post what you have now, and post your goal.
:DD
Go to a gym, start off slow, and switch up your routine every once in a while.
Stuff I could do in my house?
Do some fucking running around your neighborhood, christ it's not like it's football and you'll be tackling people.
It's fucking paintball and air soft.
Just go run and shit, run in place, do jumping jacks, just use your brain man
Stop eating potato chips.

Actually bro, by my teams rules, we can use melee weapons, AND tackle each other.
And do combat rolls and shit. It makes the whole experience feel like a video game.

No, it just makes you sound like a fag.
why do people need to be fit for paintball or airsoft. wouldn't your fat absorb most of the hits
why do people need to be fit for paintball or airsoft. wouldn't your fat absorb most of the hits
It's like playing OL in the NFL, you want to be obese. Start eating McDonalds.
This has to be a joke.

I'm a slave to appearances man.

rock hard abs, or soft sensitive skin
hmmm?
Just go airsofting or paintballing, that shit WILL get you fit. Trust me, I lost 20 pounds since I started airsofting and I am starting to get some real muscle on me.
Having some good stamina helps.
For paintball, you play speedball, or woodsball?
You should do exercises involving short, sharp bursts of speed.
But yeah, it's just paintball...
Just do sit ups and push ups in your bedroom everyday and doing a jog round a couple of blocks to keep your cardio up.
Go out and run, you want stamina. I find exercise that is actually doing something much more fun than just going to the gym and exercising for exercisings sake. Or if you don't want to run, just do a load of cycling.

Really? People are too lazy to even play video games now and have to find substitutes for them?

To create a fitness plan, it helps to think of exercise like this. Get a character sheet from any pen-and-paper RPG, fill it out with what you believe your stats are, and try to level up!
Just go to the gym already.
Started out as a softy.
I've been working out for almost 5 months now, and i've seen some massive fucking progress.
Sit ups and push ups, although they'll only get you so far.
Watch movies of ninjas on youtube, then go and replicate it.

Pushups is good.
However, you need stamina. Begin with jogging, your stamina will noticeably increase.
I work out + jogging at the summer, and in the winter as of now i'm just working out weights.
Also, muscle building exercise increases your metabolism because it takes a lot of calories to sustain muscle. so don't just do cardio/stamina exercise.
I would really be more concerned about marksmanship than physical fitness, that is unless you are the CQB guy...
Your thread is confusing. You want to get fit for airsoft/paintball, which is aerobic exercise, so you'll want to improve your cardiovascular system.
But then you ask how to get a toned and muscular body. You don't need muscle to be fit for airsoft/paintball so ignore all these comments about press-ups, sit-ups, weights and shit like that.
Go running.
