i smoke so much fucking meth my teeth have been ground down to near-British levels from the grinding that comes with the constant low-level psychosis, i only had one cavity as a child but it has fallen out and the hole keeps getting bigger (it's been a few years), i subsist on a diet of overpriced sugary energy drinks and filterless lucky strikes......... never calcium or vitamins. sometimes ill be wolfing down my lone meal of the day and i'll hear a CRUNCH noise and spit out a little bit of tooth. my cuspids and other front teeth take on a new sharper angle every month it seems, i often accidentally cut my tongue on them.
overall i'd describe the average taste in my mouth as identical to putting out an entire carton of cigarettes into a red bull, although sometimes "hot garbage" is more accurate; that fetid dumpster-on-a-hot-day aroma. when the wind is just right and i get a good whiff of my own breath, i always dry heave and only occasionally actually puke. i brush my teeth about once every two months although it's been five or six months this time. its not so much that i dont want to brush, its that if i do brush them, it usually has to be done in phases over a half hour: peroxide, vomit, brush 1/4 of mouth, spit blood, rinse, spit blood again, gag, brush more, bleed more, vomit again, get dizzy and sit on bathroom floor coughing for ten minutes, rinse with water, brush remaining teeth, spit, rinse, listerine.
my tongue is dry and scratchy like some kind of decaying caterpillar corpse. it's swollen and looks pale and diseased. it probably doesnt help that i use my filthy long fingernails to scratch the layer of collected food, plaque, and little flakes of tobacco off of it several times a day. i barely have any sensation left in it at all. sometimes i'll be tweaking super hardcore and ill start to pop my jaw from side to side, making a horrible snapping noise each time. sometimes, out of nowhere my mouth just becomes filled with blood, as in i spit it out and it's dark red blood not saliva with a few drops in it. the insides of my cheeks are fucking torn to shreds and healed over to the point that they look and feel artificial, synthetic. my teeth dont align right when i close my mouth in fact they kinda smash each other up
