You could try finding out if you can make an ad hoc network that uses the connection from the dongle.

There are routers that take internet from a USB modem, you should look into that.

But yes, there are methods to use your internet connection through USB, but I don't have it on me.

Buy a desktop PC. Buy a router. Install the dongle on the desktop. Plug the WAN port on your router into the ethernet port on the PC. Enable ICS on the desktop PC. Set up router, connect Touch to router.
