Flame suit engaged.
anything?
Wow, I'm suprised this didn't get any replies till now. The first one, I think, was amazing and it helped calm me down. You didn't make this in FL Studio right? If you did, you're the best at it I've seen. :v: (Common sense tells me you didn't.)
And the second one, well...you spotted your own flaw. :keke: I think you could be totally famous and stuff (Justin Bieber is famous, c'mon!) if you got some vocal training.
I'd like to add you on Steam if that's okay, as a fellow aspiring musician we could share pointers or something.
Pretty good music. Very calming as well.
But is there anything wrong with music made in FL though? :V
haha no there is nothing wrong with it, it just seems everyone here uses it and no one know how to play anything except a mouse click.
Also nifae yeah you can totally add me : therussell1337 or Mkultra i'm not sure how steam works haha
but thanks so much for the comments! its hard to get anyone to reply to my work it seems haha.

Many plays instruments here. Many uses other tools too.
And FL studio is a powerful music makin software. People don't like it because they don't know how to use it.
Really enjoyed the first one :v:
Second one could be very good too with a little bit of vocal coaching, although I noticed a few spots where you went out of time on both tracks.
As I listen:
Drums are off-beat... Guitar solo-y thing is awkward and the bends fall short of their peak... Wait, it's over already? Lame, sorry. It was basically a long and exaggerated intro with a lazy solo which shouldn't have been included in the first place. If you decide you want some kind of solo in the future, include more than 3 notes with just a bend or two. Your concept is spot-on, but the outcome was too repetitive and anti-climactic to accomplish what you probably heard in your head.
You are very, very close, but there's a lot that needs to be worked on.
Song 2:
Once again, drums are off-beat, you should look into quantization. You might benefit from watching some short video lessons on singing from YouTube or something, but I like the style you're going for. Overall, the second song is better arranged than the first, but needs just as much work. I don't very much like these random crossfading effects just before the piano interlude, and the way the tempo decreases suddenly is rather abrupt. The interlude itself isn't bad.
So yeah, work on your singing first. That will be the easiest to fix. Then take some serious familiarizing yourself with FLStudio's more advanced mastering features, so you can learn how to correct the subtle mistakes and awkward beats that are so prevalent in these two pieces.
