Possible to find out where some one lives.

Is it possible to find out where someone lives by a certain amount of credit card numbers. Recently my accounts and emails have been hacked into and taken over.

I managed to log into one of my account by taking it back and he entered his credit card information. (He eventually hacked it back)

Now that is what info I got from it, would it be possible to find him or some how figure out where he is at. I know it is a discover card.

Would I go to a bank or something or contact discover?

You can (sort of) figure out where someone lives with their social security number. The SSN number generation format contains a code that computes which Social Security Administration branch created the information.
