my first time in a raid in RIFT (which is basically a wow clone) I was the tank and managing aggro was piss easy

RIFT is far from a wow clone, for example if it cloned wow it probably wouldn't be horribly shit

Not bad necessarily, just not as good as WoW, while being the exact same thing. Dunno why you would bother for the same price.

But no there are shitposters for every video game thread.
I play WoW, but I'm not a freak about it. I'm actually high level and I play quite a bit, but I've been playing half-life mods with my buddy. I just don't get out people can be so retarded about WoW.

the problem with the WoW threads is that people who actually dont play wow for a decent amount of time dont get anything that goes on in it

Or you're playing an online game where everyone is angry and are on the verge of reporting anyone who bothers them.
and it gets rather sicking hearing at least one variation of:
- i cant play im poor
- i play a private server (im poor)
- wow sub is too expensive (im poor)
- wow used to be so good!!!!
- any mixture of im level x and this game is so boring and unbalanced (x = < level 85)
anyone who does actually play it at end game sticks around and is fine as long as they know what they're talking about

Do we really need every little update on WoW from Shacknews? Imagine if they also posted Tribes news every time they patched it, or League of Legends.
