Laptop wont work at all: Search function and WIFI refuses to work

It's only started today that my laptop has failed to connect to WIFI and The search bar doesn't work at all. I look in Network and Sharing center and I see this message: "The dependency service or group failed to start.

What is going on here? How do I did this?
I am running Windows 10 for reference

Please someone help me.

I've tried running msconfig and it says it cannot find the specified file when I try to change startup options.

What is happening??????

EDIT:

I'm trying to do sfc/scannow in command console, does that help with this?

I've gone and done a full system reset. Hopefully that works
