She cited "hate and xenophobia" as the reasons for changing her position.
Her decision came after she saw Nigel Farage's controversial 'breaking point' poster, which was widely criticised for being xenophobic -- Chancellor George Osborne said it had echoes of 1930s propaganda.

she also accused leading Brexit campaigner Michael Gove of promoting "complete lies".
Gotta say I agree. The people leading leave are literally all liars.
This would of been a thing, if she had even been part of the Brexit campaign.
Her defection is contrived, therefore a lie.

We are at war with Eurasia. We have always been at war with Eurasia. Eurasia was never our ally.
Holy fuck it will be nice to get back to multi-issue politics once this referendum is over with

I'm sure they'll sensationalise something else before that ever happens. I mean, who wants to deal with the real issues such as corruption and austerity right? Just let the common folk argue amongst themselves for a while longer lols.
I heard people didn't even know she was a part of leave lol

yeah this really isn't significant to be honest
Baroness Warsi was never on the leave side, iirc she left the cabinet a few years ago because she thought David Cameron was a racist. If that's her view then I highly doubt she could ever have wanted to leave the EU.

She objected to Prevent and policy towards Israel/Gaza

"shes not vote leave because she's opposed to racism"
Isn't that sort of damning. What about all that economy and sovereignty stuff the leave side talk about?
EU migration refers to migrants from the EU who are majority white. If they wish to take migrants from elsewhere instead those migrants might be from none white countries so surely a logical racist (if such a thing were to exist) would vote to remain and take in those white peeps rather than the non-whites.

I thought she called them both Islamophobic? Anyway this article highlights why Warsi's defection is a fraud http://order-order.com/2016/06/20/warsi-wanted-europe-declined-join-leave-campaign/

This and Baroness Sayeeda Warsi's defection are both fantastic works of fiction.
Too little too late it would seem. Three days before the vote isn't going to make an impact

Yeah holy shit I can't wait for it to be just over at this point.

Can't wait until you guys leave and set off a chain reaction :v: It'll be very interesting to watch.

Here's hoping! Netherlands second, or France? :v:

Some people just want to watch the world burn
Sadly I think the vote will go to remain, but here's hoping otherwise.

Both seem possible. Netherlands is just being smart and thinking ahead while France is in turmoil and those riots aren't helping. I don't even know if they're still going on ... no one is reporting on it.

Doesn't help that the Netherlands were also completely ignored by the EU in their decision, too.

Our EU-supporting Prime Minister pretty much threw a tantrum in a Second Chamber meeting last week over that referendum. He even blamed the labor party for ever having proposed that referendum law in the first place, despite said labor party also being against said referendum. Most of the population aren't looking forward in seeing the taxes go up while the welfare and elderly care budget go down again because we have to fund yet another economically bottomless pit with a huge amount of corruption up front while those bureaucrats in Brussels bag a big yearly salary for it.
That said, in case the Brexit suceeds, expect a Nexit referendum to happen soon afterwards. The EU already ignored TWO of our referendums this decade, third time is the fucking charm. We demand to be taken seriously, instead of getting ignored again while we pay the most per capita/household to fund those fucking clowns in Brussels. I seriously doubt that the EU can just walk off the fact, that in case the Netherlands leaves along with Great Britain, that about 20% of their yearly budget is gone. It does help too that the Netherlands have the biggest commercial harbor in Europe too at that. And I don't think Turkey is going to fill that economic gap up. Also, didn't the Czechs and the Danes also want to get a referendum in case of the Brexit?

The absolute best of luck to your country.

Source for your claim that both of those measures were taken because of the reason you mentioned?

Dude, even the guys who organised the referendum knew it wouldn't lead to anything because the agreement with Ukraine had already been put into place, practically.
I'd also like to mention that not everyone who voted no on that referendum hated the EU, there were people who actually examined the argeement with Ukraine and thought it may not be the best for Ukraine, and voted no out of an EU loving position.

what was the objection with that 2005 EU constitution referendum anyway
don't tell me it was just 'muh soveriegntyt'

The correct number is 350mil.
And FYI, the number is complete bullshit.
