These guys are political nobodies when it comes to Russia and Ukraine, it doesn't anyhow involve them and it's almost certain that they had no idea about it until it happened, because there was no reason to tell them, and they couldn't do anything about it either.

Someone in the video sections says that the second picture is of a long dead diplomat, so I doubt the validity of this video. IIRC there was a joke "translation" video done in the same style not too long ago, but that guy was upfront about it.
