• HDMI connection blacks out my computer screen.

For christmas I recieved an Acer Aspire 5560 and when I plug it into my tv using my HDMI cable the laptop screen flashes and goes black (remaining backlit) when I unplug it after the screen goes black, the screen remains black until I am forced to restart my computer manually with the power button. I tried having the HDMI cable plugged in both ends on bootup and it worked up until after it said "starting windows" (when the user sign in screen should appear) and thn it went black again remaining backlit. Can anyone help me, and yes i was on the right mode on my tv and ctr+alt+del did nothing after my laptop blacked out, and my brothers laptop works fine, narrowing it down to it is a problem with my laptop. Thanks in advance!
I did a quick google search and it seems it uses: AMD Radeon HD 6480G. It's integrated.
yeah, it's integrated, the first time I ever plugged it in it worked than the next time it did the black screen thing.
Does it have a special FN key combination to cycle through display modes (For example on my Dell it's FN+F1)? A quick look at some photos seems to suggest FN+F5 or FN+F6.
