• What should I do with my Raspberry Pi?

Seriously, I bought this thing a year ago thinking I'd automate my house or something. It makes a pretty paperweight though.
Use it for emulation.
i used a couple of times to stream videos when on holiday, rather than having to plug my laptop into a TV. that's all really... I'm sure it can do way more.
I've used it as vpn, media center, web server and emulator. Using it as web server for school stuff at the moment and planning to put up an owncloud or seafile server on it aswell.
you could probably use it as a Security Camera centre and stream the video. possibility is endless.
