• Meditating to help anxiety, depression and other social problems!

[b]I know this has also been posted in GD, but I think this deserves a place here aswell..[/b] Meditating can help you so much in life, wether it is to clear your head of stress before exams or just to relax yourself in your own time.... Meditating can change your life. I suggest playing some meditational music, this will help you to relax.. Sit either on a chair or down on the floor crossed legged comfortably. The key to meditation is the breathing technique , close your eyes and beathe in slow and deeply through the nose and out through the mouth.. Take deep and slow breaths..... Relax....You must clear your head of any thoughts, concentrating on your breathing can help you do this.. By this point you will feel tranquil....... You may hallucinate colours and shapes (Yes. It is sort of like taking drugs but without taking drugs.)............................ Do this 5 minutes a day for a week, you will feel yourself becoming more optimistic about life in general...
