You unload the clip and see that the clip seems to be able to hold 15 bullets. You have 10 bullets in it. So if you get shot in the leg, that leg loses hp, if you get shot in the arm that loses hp. They all have diff effects. like, leg hp will remove the ability to run like hell from enemies.
