Had to sit 3 years of the CCNA course by Cisco in Uni, was complex as all hell and I now despise packet tracer.

CCNA is fucking hard. I suppose their profit increase must be something to do with large single-time expenditure last year though. Infrastructure, production plants, or something along those lines.
