Title is as it states. I'm almost certain there's a technical issue going on as I know people with builds of an equal or moderately lower level than mine facing this issue. I'll paste my part list below.
- Intel i7-3770 3.4/3.9GHz
- EVGA GTX780Ti 3GB
- 16GB DDR3 Ram
- WD 3.5" Green 1TB Hard Drive
- Coolermaster Stormtrooper
- Thermal Take Toughpower 775Watt
- Windows 7
frame drops occur in most if not all maps that are even remotely large whereas people with similar builds face none. Please help!

Nope, only this game, not that I have a whole lot of other games to try out.
What's your settings? Is your resolution scale at 100%?

I have your card and I can run it fine on 100-150 resolution scale.

Are you able to verify your game files on Origin? I don't use it so I wouldn't know. Btw, use [thumb] for decently scaled images
I performed a game repair and will report back.
May sound idiotic, but you should have your task manager open to see what the Disk write/read usage is. I had this once, some software was using the HDD while I was playing games and it slowed down my game big time.
I'm not sure however how often files get loaded / if they are in RAM in BF4.
Was going to say something about that earlier. I'd check disk usage and check your read speed. The WD green is really a slow drive.
Finally reporting back, repairing changed nothing.

I heard my issue might be temps so I'm getting a liquid cooler for my CPU this week.
What are your temps looking like? Don't just blindly buy parts and hope it fixes it.
My max temps went up to 78 on Flood Zone. 78 77 77 76

I am quite sure that because your CPU is running too hot, thermal throttling takes place and clocks your CPU down to a lower clockrate to prevent damage. Have you overclocked your CPU?

Though, install a CPU monitoring device that shows your clockspeed over time. I used to have my CPU at 4200 MHz and it'd throttle down to 1400 MHz when my CPU'd get too hot. Clocked it down to 4000 MHz, no more throttling.
