It's not what we're eating so much as it is our messed up industrialized food system.
We've processed nature to the extent where almost everything has lost all nutritional value beyond superficial labels like "FAT FREE!" "HIGH IN PROTEIN!" when in reality, there's so many never-mentioned components that keep our bodies healthy (which we process out of our food). That's why we're getting so messed up with things like diabetes.
