It's a very good game, can't go wrong with that price.
Dragonfall is an objectively better campaign out of the two. Both lack in short-term and long-term consequences and shallow writing, but only the default one suffers from lack of secondary objectives and optional stuff. I think there is only one completely optional mission in DMS.
If you liked the combat in XCOM EU and hated complex leveling systems in all RPG games, this might be the right game for you. Just remember to purchase Dragonfall too. If you haven't heard, it's going standalone soon with more content.
I can highly recommend this game. Dragonfall is a must-have and way better than the original campaign.

It's a great cyberpunk game but don't expect anything like Fallout. It's pretty linear and there isn't much freedom to the player. Nevertheless it's very atmospheric and the dialogues are sometimes really funny.
That said, Dragonfall is better in its design and execution.
