Now, I'd need to replace the video card, of course, but how's the rest of it? And can I get a decent video card suggestion?

I could build a better one for you with a much better GPU.
The rest of the build is pretty good. You'll definitely wanna get that graphics card replaced.
What budget are you looking to spend? Also, what's your PSU?

You should have built it yourself. You could have gotten so much better for that price.
Otherwise, I'm not sure your PSU can handle more than a 5670.
Nothing's been purchased yet, I merely thought of the prebuilt as a decent buy except the video card and threw it out there for recommendations. Budget is $700-$800, can go a little higher if need be. PSU in the prebuilt is 300W (lol), but I'm almost certainly just going to put in the one I have now (600W).
