The problem is, since the name can get taken up by anyone for any purpose, you get loads of fucktards bogging down the actually intelligent people, and if anyone wants to they can basically just do some dumb shit on purpose under the name and ruin everyone else's gig for a short while.

This world needs a particular kind of change (not change in general, because change in general is naturally unavoidable regardless of anyone's effort), and maybe it's true that what Anonymous people are trying isn't the right, most efficient, or the most admirable way, but it's still better than denying that the change is possible.

People are talking about change like it's a place we can go where everything is good and fair. But the truth is, it's more of a truck - and to carry everyone to that place, you will need a lot of gas.

I was actually embarassed to read the Twitters of some people I know here in Spain, calling this "incredible" "amazing demonstration". Anonymous suddenly became big here in Spain after Megavideo shut down (because most Spanish people are extremely ignorant to things such as torrents and relied on Megavideo), and after Anonymous started spewing shit about Megavideo's shutdown, Spain sort of same them as a New World Revolutionary Force for the Greater Good in a sense, while we all know here that they're a bit retarded, doing the wrong things for the correct reasons. Oh and those Guy Fawkes masks, jesus christ they're everywhere now. And nobody knows what they even are. tl;dr: Spanish people think Anonymous is revolutionarily amazing.
