There was so much news last year about people saying that hulu will start charging for users to watch the shows. Its been on Digg, the Atlantic, etc. Now we are over a month into the new year and there is nothing show that people will need to pay.
So do you think they will, in the future, force people to pay to watch, or will we be let off the hook?
ok

No, the point of hulu was to air free episodes, worse case they will just increase the amount of ads.
I seriously hope they do not, and I don't personally think they will, but that's just me. People said the same thing about youtube, that they would change everything around once it was bought by google, and only partners would get to post videos, but that was just a bunch of BS.
Hulu is shit.

Contractual limitations, not their fault.

I know, but it's annoying.
And their jingle is annoying too.

This.
It's the same thing on every free service you see and usually started by some idiot.
I remember a few years back I would get emails about how MSN Messenger was going to start charging, it had me fooled but then I realised what the hell...
They also did it with facebook a few months back and also many other free sites, as someone already said, it happened with youtube, sigh.
Its the same old shit over and over again and its pretty funny to be honest.

If by Jingle you mean sexy voice then NO!
Why would a site that prides itself on free shows start charging?
It's basically shit anyways.

House is on that site... and I think we can all agree that House is awesome.

We still got the rest of 2010 to go. From what I've heard though they'll still allow people to watch a series for free, but will limit it to the five most recent episodes. To see a full season you'll have to subscribe to their membership, $5 a month.
