Tuesday's televised ceremony at a military airport near Seoul involved about 11,000 troops, 190 weapons systems and 120 aircraft. Among the weapons featured was a Hyunmu-3 cruise missile with a range of 620 miles (1,000km), which South Korea has developed in recent years. It was the first time the missile has been shown publicly. President Park Geun-hye said in a speech that South Korea must bolster its national defence to neutralise North Korea's nuclear and missile threats. South Korea will conduct a military parade through Seoul streets later on Tuesday for the first time since 2008.
fancy wings
Good. If Kim Jong Dumbass does something stupid, I want SK to be able to defend themselves.
why even bother with worst korea weapons
Looks like it could cause some grief. Does it use a conventional warhead, and if so, how big? I wonder if you could work an FAB onto a cruise missile?
Good. Their army is a few meals away from literally being skeletons and they can barely get any missiles to even leave ground. I don't think South Korea is going to have a tough time defending themselves other than the fact that Seoul is close to the border. Of course war will never break out.

I love South Korea. They are like the biggest bros.
Not seen any aggression from North Korea in a while? Show them new weapons you created to destroy them, that's the South Korean way! :v:
Surprised it doesn't say "Raytheon" on the bottom.
why would they paint a cruise missle in brown camo
why would they paint a cruise missle in brown camo
They don't want anyone to see them obviously.
It's funny, this is just a development of a US SAM (The Nike Nercules) dating back from the 60's of all things, which had a surface-to-surface capability even then.
When you're up against what often quite literally is poorly-made movie props, 60's SAMs are still gonna win.
If I were to guess, the only significant change will be the electronics. 1960's rocket technology was actually fairly good, especially when you consider the sheer complexity of things like the Saturn V. When you're used to building monsters like that, something like a Nike missile should be child's play.
Oh shit, I'm in Seoul right now. Me and my mum were wondering what was with all the armed soldiers when we left for our DMZ tour yesterday. They were setting up a stage and shit in a square near our hotel. Even saw trucks that had radars on them.
South Koreans sure know how to make a scary rocket.
When war explodes, make sure to send one of those to RAYHALO's house
That's not a cruise missile though? That's just a ballistic guided missile. You couldn't produce lift with those control surfaces.
why would they paint a cruise missle in brown camo
have you ever seen a brown camo'd cruise missile? exactly
have you ever seen a brown camo'd cruise missile?
yes
why would they paint a cruise missle in brown camo
Because they don't expect it to leave the ground :p No but seriously they are either on the ground where they'll possibly be detected by aircraft (sight, some radar) or they'll be in the air where they'll be instantly detected anyways. Sophisticated ground based radar would track it by echo, heat and other non-color related factors so there's no point in sky camo.
What if North Korea waited for the appropriate weather and set off chemical weapons at the border, leaving a gaseous trail of "fuck your treaties" in its wake?
What if North Korea waited for the appropriate weather and set off chemical weapons at the border, leaving a gaseous trail of "fuck your treaties" in its wake?
Then they would get pulverized by NATO retaliation. That kind of chemical attack would spark a conflict that not even China would back.
Then they would get pulverized by NATO retaliation. It's probably named dongdong :v:
