• Corsair H60 leaking?

Hey, I recently purchased a corsair H60 and when I opened the box I got this awful fucking smell, I look at the bag and it turns out the entire interior of the box was soaked in this gross smelling fluid as well as droplets of liquid in the bag itself. I was wondering how often this happens as well as if I would be eligible for a refund or something (I've heard that most things liquid cooling related you're the one at fault) [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/xfW8oH.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/hFnUy1.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/MjrDVL.jpg[/t] thanks~
I'm guessing it got fucked in shipping. If you bought it at a store, you can probably just go back in and swap it out, if delivered, just contact the seller. It really shouldnt happen too often but DOAs are awesome right

I've been buying parts from them since the late 90s and have never had any issues until about a year ago when they started "forgetting" to ship parts of my orders and giving mile long excuses after hours with tech support. I also had to do an RMA with them late last year that was nothing short of hell. GPU manufacturers were forcing you to take those free game vouchers, that of course weren't free. They have an exact price of $100 and for any reason you had to return the card, you would get a refund minus $100 for the voucher, unless you were like me and bitched up a storm to get a full refund for the card and the voucher.

The place I bought my first component.
