• Help me build a computer for The Old Republic with a $300 Budget

Alright heres the low down. My friend wants to play The Old Republic when it comes out in December. His current computer is terrible, he bought it from Wal-Mart. He has a $300 budget and would like to be able to run it on Max or close too it. He was going to get something from BestBuy but I figured you guys could help me get him more from his money.
What can he re-use. 300 bucks is by far too low for anything decent.
Assuming that he can reuse the optical drive, harrddisk, and maybe RAM (If it's DDR3), and if he's really fucking lucky, case, he should be able to meet the minimum requirements. Check out if he's RAM is DDR3, or else we can probably find a budget board with both DDR and DDR3.
Please list your friends computer model so we can determine what can and can't be taken over into this build.
I suggest he saves up at least $460, because that is how much I got mine for, and hunt EVERYWHERE. Individual parts, reuse other parts look for entry-level pcs on ebay-the whole lot. If you go ebay, make sure its cheap and you have enough money to upgrade it more. E.G. add RAM, new graphics card. But I don't think you will find anything decent for $300 TBH
