For a second there I thought she was in a wheelchair, that almost got my jaw to drop. You can't really tell if they're mentally handicapped, so this guy wasn't targeting her or anything. But seriously. He must be mentally ill too if he went out and did this sort of thing.

How do you not realize there is a rape taking place in the back of your bus? Those buses are not that big or loud, you would definitely be aware of people having consensual sex so why in the hell can't you see or hear a rape?

When I was in Washington DC, there were these segmented buses where the front was like a normal bus, but then there was a second 'bus' attached at the back end. Most of the sightlines between them was obscured.
