Hello guys! Um i have a question about graphics cards. Should i go GTX cards Or Radeon cards? Now please if you're biased towards one of these cards and you're like a fanboy or something please dont even bother replying. Anyway's yeah i had already been planning on getting a MSI GTX 760 TWIN FROZR 4GB for my first pc build now i cant get anything super fancy for a graphics card i'm planning to spend up to $250. Now i want to be able to have a graphics card that can run games most AAA games on at least HIGH settings or above, I'll settle for medium aswell but yeah. Anyways that brings me to my next question, What manufacteror should i go with? What i mean by that is like EVGA, MSI, SAPPHIRE and stuff like that so yeah guys thats it, please let me know. This is the build i am planning on getting: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rGtY23 Thanks guys! Please reply and let me know! :D

Few things:
Your build looks nice
-Get a z97 mobo instead of the older z87
-A 550W PSU is more than enough.
-A blue drive as your main can be a bad idea. I would add an SSd. (Crucial MX100/Samsung EVO 450)
-Also get windows 8. You might not like the start screen, but it does perform better. You can always disable the start screen if you really hate it.
The GTX760 you chose is about the power level of an R9 270X (approx. $110 used market value on eBay with warranty), while the GTX 970 is closer to an R9 290 (approx. $250 used market value, nearly double the power).
Nvidia cards in general are a good amount more power-efficient and cooler-running than AMD cards and get you a good amount of useful features like shadowplay and such. Expensive, but nice bought new. EVGA has great warranty support.
Radeons are a good value bought used from certain manufactuers (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte) from eBay due to the fact that they have a transferable warranty and are cheap as dirt. Sapphire's Tri-X version (R9 290) is best if bought new.
I noticed you created two threads for same reason:

Also I want to re-instate what I mentioned in that thread: Don't get a 4GB GTX760. It'll be a waste (especially for $250!). Instead get the 2GB version.

I agree with EVGA having great warranty support but unfortunately they have a poor custom cooler this generation.
Nvidia also has their Green Light program. This means that all Nvidia cards across any manufacturer will have the quality kept to reference standards at the very least.
