What they should do is take the wobble out of helicopters, and planes, for max level in flight. Give the meaningless stat a meaning

Cargobob is amphibious, you can't crash it in the ocean, Only turn it into a boat!
It still bothers me helicopters have an auto levelling thing that stops you from pitching them too far.

The one thing I seriously hope is that they fixed the god awful helicopter controls from GTA IV for PC keyboard and mouse controls..

That and the lack of explosive bullets like in TBOGT makes the machine guns on helos completely fucking useless. I used to shoot people out of their helicopters so much in GTAIV.
I wouldn't be too surprised if they added something like that into the game later on with an update, though. I'm sure on PC it'd be a lot easier to peg low-flying helicopters with the grenade launcher, too.
The best part of flying helicopters in GTA4 was how unstable they felt. I know some will argue that it's just because of the shit controls, but it added a lot of excitement/difficulty to flying the helicopters, which is how it should be imo.

I got so good at flying heli's in IV. My favourite thing to do was get a friend, knock off both of our tail rotors and try and ram each other with drunk helicopters.
