Hi, I recently came back from a LAN, I plugged it all back in when I came home. When I tried to start it up it went for maybe 10 seconds, then I saw a red light flash inside and it died on me, and then it started again to have the same result. I have a desktop PC, I've had no problems with it before, the red light is on the graphics card, and it makes a beep sound before dying. Anyone experienced with this? I don't want to loose my baby :c Here is a video on how it's acting. http://filesmelt.com/dl/IMG_0439.MOV The power supply has made noise since before aswell. Graphics Card: Radeon HD 4870
Get your motherboards manual and check what the beeps mean. It's probably the graphics card though if it's the part with the light on it.
Go check the graphics cards fan, I had the same issue before, and it was clogged with dust, once I removed the dust it started up normally.
Post your full specs, and give a sound sample of the beep. It's a POST signal, but my guess is that it'll say that there's something wrong with either the PSU or the motherboard.
Probably got loose or something reseat it.
