I just got this text from O2, apparently you'll be able to download one free Song, Music Video, Movie or App from the iTunes store, one a day for 12 days. I'm not sure if it's ANY song or ANY movie, but it's a pretty sweet deal if you can get 12 movies for absolutely shit all. www.itunes12daysofchristmas.co.uk
You only get each download for 24 hours.
Oh, so it only lasts 24 hours. I understood it as you only have 24 hours to download it. Well that definitely makes it less exciting, but I'm sure there's some way of beating it. :v:
You only get each download for 24 hours.
That's lame.

Is this only for the UK store?
I'm not sure. I think it would be, considering it's a .co.uk domain. You can find out on the 26th.

I guess people will find out on the 26th.
Get "Killing In The Name" 12 times.
epic win
Get "Killing In The Name" 12 times.
I'm doing this. I'd so laugh if it got to No. 1
I'm doing this. I'd so laugh if it got to No. 1
Someone make a thread telling EVERYONE to do this. Let's do our bit :smug:
They did the same thing last year, basically, it's like single of the week, but a much better deal, and you get it every day, for 12 days. You can keep the song/movie/music video/app forever, but you only get 24 hours in which to download it. And no, you don't get a choice in what you get, what they offer, is what you get I'm afraid.
Dang, i wish they would do this in the U.S. it looks like they may though.
I was excited until I read the details.
If you could get a full length movie each day, that would save over 300$, depending on the cost.
They did this last year, twas good.
Can't find a Linux client on the iTunes website :/
They did this last year, twas good.
Except this year they ain't limiting the songs, you get to choose :D
epic win
god, fuck you
Someone make a thread telling EVERYONE to do this. Let's do our bit :smug:
If you download it more than twice it doesn't count apparently.
This is awesome.
Can't you just burn it onto a CD then rip it like all other iTunes music?
Can't you just burn it onto a CD then rip it like all other iTunes music?
1 Word: DRM Would be illegal anyway...
1 Word: DRM Would be illegal anyway...
Apple removed DRM on all songs about 6 months ago iirc.
Except this year they ain't limiting the songs, you get to choose :D
Uhh, I'm pretty sure they are... since it says they are on the website...
