I am getting incredibly slow internet, already contacted ISP and BT but they are offering little help. They don't seem to know what is going on, is anyone able to give me information on what's going wrong.
Here are my router stats. I noticed that the Noise Margin seems to be particularly high?
2.1 DSL Status : Up
2.2 Uptime : 0 days 4 hours 43 mins 24 secs
2.3 Type : ADSL2+ Annex A
2.4 Line Rate (Up / Down) : 251 Kbps / 263 Kbps
2.5 Noise Margin (Up / Down) : 36.7 dB / 53.5 dB
2.6 Attenuation (Up / Down) : 6.2 dB / 12 dB
2.7 Power (Up / Down) : 4.9 dBm / 0 dBm
A higher value of Noise Margin(Signal to Noise Ratio) is better, anything above 29dB is perfect.
I'm not sure what your problem is, but nothing there looks like the cause. Have you tried powering off all of your network equipment for at least 5 minutes?

Yes multiple times, last week we had a different internet issues (though now I expect related) where there was no internet connection for days.
Before the speed went completely to shit there was multiple disconnections a day.
Well, if you're sure the problem isn't on your end keep complaining to your ISP.
