Who rated you inform.
Motherboard and CPU do not fit together - that motherboard is made for AMD processors.
And the OS - use the final Windows 7 instead of an old RC (Torrents, MSDNAA, ...).

After reading the post below this one: use a Corsair PSU
Never use a Rosewill PSU, you never know who made it so chances are it'll blow up.
Get a better power supply and the 4970 doesn't exist. Also, what's your budget?
get a i5 or 965 X4
