I'm looking for a new keyboard and i don't have much money to spend ($50 max. preferable if less) i would use it for a decent amount of gaming too. Any suggestions?
Go to your local computer shop, look at keyboards and buy one. You can't go wrong, especially for $50.

google is your friend :downs:
Have you looked? Hell this keyboard I'm using now is probably about 10 years old at least and its perfect, unless you want something fancy it really doesn't matter much what you buy.
My keyboard probably cost Dell about 50p.
It's the Dell Slimline Multimedia keyboard.

It's a bit over, but it looks really nice, and the detachable keypad works wonders for games like gmod.

Hating it. The keys are (for me) unresponsive and need to be pushed with brute force to cooperate. And I have to take the keys off with a screwdriver and poke the pads under them back to the original positions once a week to get any response whatsoever. Might just be a faulty specimen, but I won't trust a sidewinder keyboard anymore.
And macros are useless.
On the other hand, I have an Eclipse @ my mom's, and It's been amazing, working 100% for years.
For gaming all you need is something comfortable with good keys, no need for a gaming keyboard unless you really want all those customisible keys.
I use this:

It's the logitech media elite, bought it for less than 30€ more than two years ago, still serves me well, and the palm rest helps a lot too. I'd suggest something that feels good when you put your hand on it, if you want any extra keys or other special features, that's up to you.
I bought some $20 USB 2.0 keyboard and its never failed me.

But either way, here's a tip:
SOUND JOG DIAL IS THE BEST KEYBOARD ADDITION SINCE THE KEYS WERE INVENTED
euch. trust.

fixed, you =/= everyone
I use macro keys constantly (both as macro keys and shortcuts). Lit up keys make finding them much easier. Media keys are a godsend. Pressing windows key while in fullscreen pisses me off to whole new levels, the lock has solved that.
On top of that, the G11 is built like a fucking tank, and has already survived 3 falls from my desk, something a cheap £5 keyboard couldn't (ended up with a huge crack across the back).
Your move, Mister One And Only.

I don't use them because my mouse has 9 buttons. :v:
so you manage to fit 36 various macros and shortcuts, one button for starting macro creation, 5 media keys and a volume control button on your mouse?
also, as of today so does mine :smug:

have 9 buttons I mean, not serve the functions of a non-lowend keyboard

A tad on the expensive side, but it is the most comfortable keyboard to have ever graced thine hands.

Uh my dell keyboard and mouse are the most durable peripherals in the world. I have hit my dell keyboard so hard sometimes, and not a scratch is on it.
Mechanical key switches are what provides the best keyboard experience, shortly followed by well built controllers. People constantly talk about how their macro keys as though they're a godsend, when you get 15 function keys anyways, which can be mapped to do whatever you want them to do anyways. Besides, are your precious macro keys REALLY worth an extra $75 dollars? I seriously doubt it.
Do some research past the 12 year olds shouting about screens and macro keys and you'll find that for a pristine typing/gaming experience, you'll want a mechanical keyboard. It'll last you a lifetime, and you'll probably find yourself typing a little faster, too.
The drawback is that mechanical keyboards tend to be expensive, even compared to the gaming keyboards. They can easily cost upwards of $100. However, if you're willing to give up N-Key Rollover (the ability to press all 104 keys at once and have them all register. Keep in mind you'd still be able to press 3-5, just not all of them) and the brand names, you can get the price right down into your range.
I can personally recommend (after using keyboards from nearly every type of switch) the iOne Scorpius M10. You can pick one up from amazon, the manufacturer, or a few other websites.
http://www.amazon.com/Ione-Scorpius-Mechanical-Keyswitch-Keyboard/dp/B000UC1W3C
The Scorpius M10 comes with Cherry MX Blue mechanical key switches, which are manufacture rated to 50,000,000 key presses (literally 25-50 times the amount of the rubber domes) and provide both tactile and audible confirmation that a key has been pressed. I've been loving this keyboard since the day I bought it and haven't looked back.
Remember, you want a keyboard to last a lifetime and provide the best experience regardless of the task. For more information on this topic, like specifics on N-Key Rollover and other benefits, you can go here:
