If not can you tell me how to blacklist megavideo from the router.. My 14 yr old step brother just discovered illegal streaming since the summer that's all hes been doing. He's just a spoiled kid with a mac don't worry about it he'll find something else to do ,like play PS3 like all the kids his age.
Find out the MAC address of his laptop and block that.
You can't ban a MAC user but you can Ban his MAC address which is a unique Identifier, type your default gateway into your web browser and look at devices, you should be able to see his device
Or Block this in your router
Non-authoritative answer:

Tried filtering website megavideo.com but it didnt seem to work.
Now which one of these is him. Notice there's also my dad on the network but he's running on windows. Btw I'm the first one.
open up cmd and do an ipconfig, that will show you yours. then just guess which is which LOL
nvm found him. that faggot's going to stop watching that blue montain state crap.
Find his IP in your router, and block it.
Or go up to him and kick him for better results

I still don't get why people capitalize "MAC" like it's an acronym. As in, "Mac", like the computer. It's just "Mac" people. It's short for "Macintosh".

if I were you I would just QoS him to like 5kb/s

Gee I dunno maybe because it is an acronym for Media Access Control... or were you refering to the first MAC, yeah I just get in a habit of capitalizing MAC I don't work with garbage on my network.
I once remember someone telling someone "Did you know that Macs have a MAC address? It's pretty cool, but there's no WIN addresses! haw haw haw"
I'm not a huge Mac fanboy, I have to use this Mac Mini because that's all I have as a computer.
I think he means the computer not the address in this case.

I was talking about the first "Mac", as in the things that Apple makes.
