Hey guys,
Had this issue for a while but only just bothered to try and fix it. When I go to shut down my computer, the OS shuts down, but the computer doesn't. All the fans remain spinning and the LEDs stay on. It's not always been this way - it used to shut down fine. I'm not sure if it was connected as I can't remember, but I think this may have been when I adjusted the 24-pin ATX power cable (it came loose and the computer wasn't powering on properly due to it).
It appears to do the same thing with Ubuntu booted off the disc drive. Not sure if it's a hardware issue or not - as holding down the power button on the case turns it off fine.
The PSU is a Silverstone Strider Plus 750w, and the motherboard is an ASRock Z77 Extreme4.
Any clues what's wrong?
