As someone with an appreciation for the likes of Dave Fennoy, Melissa Hutchison, Gavin Hammon and other great voice actors out there who can often make or break a character, I'm inclined to agree. Just take a look at this live performance of TTG's The Walking Dead with most of the original VAs. Voice actors go through a surprising amount of work and often end up filling in multiple roles. Mark Meer (Male Shepard) for instance also did the Vorcha voices in ME2 and 3 in addition to the already extensive amount of lines he did and by all accounts he had to do it last as it was straining on his voice.
Meanwhile they don't get the same recognition as TV/Film actors do, despite putting in just as much work, though that is changing these days. Yeah, they deserve better treatment especially when working for multi-billion companies.

Yeah, i can understand how terrible it is to be a voice actors/ game actors. I think it's mostly because people just don't look at who voiced who and who played who so their names aren't really important and developer think it's a good reason to not pay them greatly for their work.

The reason why they aren't as easily recognized by the public is simply because actors have different appearances in each game, people can only recognize them by how their voice sounds.
What do videogame stunt actors do?

Mocap stunts?

Motion Capture.
Without it, animations look horribly shitty and awkward like they do in Bethesda games.

To be fair the animations in Fallout 4 are an improvement over their previous games. (Although that's not really difficult to beat)

Mocap ain't a damn crutch.
A good keyframe animator is the difference between something like Bungie's or Valve's animation quality and...idk... Killzone2/3, which is egh all around when something has to be hand animated.
also im pretty sure all the shittyness in bethesda animation is due to an excessive reliance on untweaked mocap

Most voice actors aren't in good enough physical condition and lack training in technique for actions that many games demand animations for.
