It appears that a page for 28 Months Later has appeared on IMDB. This actually came as a surprise due to previous legal issues that were mentioned in October of last year. As of now, there is no real information on the movie except a release year of 2013. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1322885/ Personally, I am excited for this release.
Definitely my favorite zombie films these 28 days/weeks later.. or was it 28 hours at some point? Don't really look forward to any other zombie films.. Zombieland was awesome too though.
It was never 28 hours, just days and weeks.
I have my doubts after the travesty that was 28 Weeks Later.
ill still see it. unless it looks really really really bad
I have my doubts after the travesty that was 28 Weeks Later.
28 weeks wasn't that bad. Definitely not a travesty. The stupidness of the children annoyed me though.
28 days/weeks later are fucking awesome. I love the concept of a rage-virus "zombies" instead of the common voodoo-type zombies that just raise from the dead and come at you without any vital signs and seek specifically for your brains. How lame.

If Danny Boyle returns to the director's chair, I'm definetly going to see this.
We can't really take this as any sort of sign it will be made. IMDB isn't the most reliable system for movie information.
I have my doubts after the travesty that was 28 Weeks Later.
weeks was not a travesty. Far from it. Of course it was never going to be as good as the original, but then, it never set out to be. It's still very good, and could've been a lot worse. In fact I thought the worst thing about weeks was Jeremy Renner, but I cannot stand that dude in anything.

there was nothing wrong with 28 weeks later it just wasnt as good as the first one except for the first scene, that shit was powerful
These movies had the best theme song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST2H8FWDvEA
28 Days Later is easily one of the best movies I have ever seen
I wouldn't mind a prequal, something like 28 minutes later that follows directly how the infected got out of the lab and started fucking shit up.
I don't think that would work. What i think they should do or will happen is that they will see CCTV footage of how it happened or something.
I liked these movies a lot. I especially like how they have more character development than most zombie movies so if they can at least do that again I will definitely see this.
Please be true

But not a prequel. With 28 minutes later you have half an hour the audience doesn't see. It could be pivotal and you could pull some pretty big twists. Depends on the writing.
28 weeks wasn't that bad. Definitely not a travesty. The stupidness of the children annoyed me though.
Which there wouldn't be a movie without. The entire conflict of the movie depends on the unrealistic stupidity of the children.
Which there wouldn't be a movie without. The entire conflict of the movie depends on the unrealistic stupidity of the children.
And the army. So there's one infected. 'Instead of shooting him, we'll run at him and try and hit him with our guns' When that doesn't work. 'Hey lets let the infected loose on all the civilians for the sake of it'
28 weeks wasn't that bad. Definitely not a travesty. The stupidness of the children annoyed me though.
In comparison to the first, however, it was awful, and they should probably stop making them now.
If it's not Romero, personally, I don't expect much.
This is the earliest source I think.
Uh nope, that's from Return of the Living Dead, which is essentially a parody of zombie films.
If it's not Romero, personally, I don't expect much.
What does Romero have anything to with this? hell he hasn't made a good movie since Day of the Dead
Uh nope, that's from Return of the Living Dead, which is essentially a parody of zombie films.
It's also the only movie I can think of in which the zombies crave brains, and I've seen a shit-ton of old zombie films. I even have a book on the history of zombie cinema. Unless you can find a source from before 1985, ROTLD is where it started.
all I wan't to know....is what the hell happend to jim!?!
