I haven't even watched the american pie movies but doing something like this seems like it's just for money.
yeah I'm pretty sure it's mostly for "hey, let's get everyone who liked the other american pie movies to pay us to see this" than "I had a great idea for another american pie movie"

Yeah it may seem like it, they made like 4 or 5 i dont know how many spin-offs which were shit, and no original actors
now they brought original actors back and try to make it nostalgic
still it wont be a fantastic movie but the original 3 are nostalgic to me with their music (especially the one in the end of the trailer 3) so im looking forward this one
I hate how I never saw any of the other American Pie movies when I was younger (not like I'm old or anything), though. Even if it's just for the money, it'd be cool to see something like that, all my friends are saying it's gonna be the "best thing ever" and talking about how nostalgic it will be.
Perhaps I should try watching all of them before I see this one

The first three may seem really bland and filled with overused jokes, so many movies like that have been done after, like the 'movie' movies etc (and before btw)
Snap, this may actually be good.
Though, American Wedding was pretty damn awful.
Buuuuut, this does appear to have the entire gang back together and I do have a soft spot for the first two movies.
Well I'm sure it'll at least be better than all those spin-off movies that came after the actual sequels, but it still seems incredibly unnecessary. Seriously, though, those spin-offs are retarded. It's like a 6th grader's dreamy view of what college is like, complete with fart jokes.
