Update: At least 18 people have been killed and 45 injured in a car bombing.
A vehicle laden with explosives reportedly targeted a convoy of buses carrying military personnel that were stopped at traffic lights, the army said.
Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag said the attack was an act of terrorism.
The army did not specify how many military personnel were on board the buses.
A Turkish security source said initial signs indicated that militants from the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) were behind the attack.
However, separate security sources in Turkey's mainly Kurdish south-east gave a different account, saying they believed Islamic State militants were behind the bombing.

A large explosion in the Turkish capital, Ankara, has left at least five people killed and 10 injured, the city's governor says.
Local media reported that the blast happened next to a passing military vehicle, in an area close to parliament and Turkey's military headquarters.
Ankara's governor, Mehmet Kiliclar, reportedly said the explosion was caused by a car bomb, but the Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, said the cause was still under investigation.

I'll wait until we know for sure though
I would really appreciate if people didnt support PKK or YPG just because they fight against ISIS. All of them are still terrorist organisations and killed thousands of civils overall or more.

Terrorists are terrorists.
Even though I'm anti-PKK/YPG myself, it wouldn't be fair to call them out yet.
So a Syrian refugee by the name of "Salih Necar" carried out the attack.
It hasn't been made clear which terror organisation he's affiliated with but by looking at the name I can pretty much guess it. Although, I'll just keep it to myself til the officials announce it.

They apparently blamed the PKK and PYD for the attack, I am not one for conspiracy theories but this is getting fishy altogether. They are pointing the finger in a million different directions, there was a post saying PM Davutoglu is blaming Assad for allowing this to happen as well. I know the PKK and PYD aren't angels but this is piecing itself together too neatly and too quickly.

Assad had a ceasefire going on with YPG for a while, I'm still not sure whether Assad sponsored it or not but it was obvious that it was a retaliation by YPG.
EDIT: And yeah it's been confirmed by the PM that the bomber was a Syrian national with YPG-links

How do they ever expect to receive support from the "international community" if they keep doing this shit?
They're saying shit like "They did this as an excuse to cross the Kurdish border" "The turkz are the real terrorists! "I think it was Turkey doing to self for excuse to attack Kurds "
They outwright 100% believe it's a Turkish inside job. God I hate their propaganda circlejerk but I still can't help but look through the looking-glass into their minds.
Jeez it feels like every damn month I hear a terrorist attack in Turkey.
I'm glad that my father seems to have finished his work there
TAK, I assume it was the "totally not us" organisation created by the PKK(YPG), yeah?
