This seems like a huge gimmick that doesn't really know what it wants to be, granted I thought the price was going to be like $1500 rather than $300 but still.
If I want to play PC games while I'm in the house then I would just go on the PC, I don't see why anyone would rather go lay on the sofa and play a game designed for PC on a tiny screen with a controller or on a TV with a controller.
If I wanted to play handheld games while I'm out and about (I don't) then I would rather spend half the price on a DS rather than a glorified mobile phone game console.
Being able to output to HDMI is useful for watching films/etc on a big TV, but if you have a console then you already have all of that, and even if you dont have a console or laptop to connect, most smart tvs nowadays come with apps like Netflix, and also have usb ports so you can plug in a pen drive to watch films.
Considering you will already need a decent rig to stream games to it, I can't really think of a target audience aside from people with too much spare money who like gimmicky stuff that they will use once a month.
